One of the largest private roads & highways infrastructure developers in BOT, IRB Infrastructure carries out EPC as well as operations & maintenance activities in-house. The company currently has seven projects under operational BOT space; seven projects under O&M contracts as a project manager for IRB InvIT, and seven projects under various stages of construction.

In its 20th year, the company has achieved an unmatchable milestone of crossing 12,000 lane km. It also has almost 20% share in India’s Golden Quadrilateral project.

Last month, its SPV achieved financial closure for Rs 2,090 crore highway project in Rajasthan. CG Tollway, an SPV of IRB successfully achieved financial closure for its another BOT project of 6-laning of NH-79, Chittorgarh-Gulabpura bypass. The company’s construction order book as of June 30 stood at Rs 8,900 crore.

It is one of the first infrastructure developers to have successfully launched and listed India’s first ever InvIT IPO.
