Espire Hospitality Group has announced plans to open a new hotel in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, in Q4 2024. The hotel will be situated in a prime location, further expanding the Group’s presence in the region.
The 150-key property consists of a mixed inventory from two distinct hotel brands. Fifty keys offer the boutique luxury experience of ZANA Luxury Resorts, while the remaining 100 keys provide the mid-segment service of the Country Inn Hotels and Resorts brand. Guests have the option of choosing between the distinctive luxury offered by ZANA and the more economical, yet quality experience of the Country Inn.
The soon to open hotel, located near landmarks such as Ram Janmabhoomi, Hanuman Garhi Temple, and Kanak Bhawan, is set to feature a variety of family-friendly amenities. These include a children’s play area named ‘Toddle Wobble’, a gaming arena for entertainment, and a spacious 3,000 sq. ft. area designed to host various events and gatherings. The hotel’s strategic location and diverse facilities aim to cater to a wide range of guests, offering both leisure and event-hosting options.
