BGRT wins Indian Concrete Institute Award

Bangalore based ‘Bearys Global Research Triangle’(BGRT) has been awarded ‘Outstanding Concrete Structure Award 2009’ by the Indian Concrete Institute (ICI). BGRT is India’s first platinum LEED certified Research Park and has also won the ‘Best Office Development, India’ Award 2009 in Singapore. This is the only green-field project being built for R&D operations on the lines of ‘Research Triangle Park’ (RTP), North Carolina, USA.
Bearys Group’s flagship project ‘Bearys Lakeside Habitat’ (hailed as Twin Towers) had also bagged the outstanding structure award in 2007. “As Bangalore rises to create a niche for R&D destinations, BGRT & its surroundings will become the RTP of the East” says Syed Mohamed Beary, Chairman of Bearys Group.
