The project price starts from Rs16.6 lakh for a 792 sq ft 2BHK apartment.

Jaithirth (Jerry) Rao, chairman, VBHC said, “We are very proud to present our very first project in Chennai. At VBHC, it has been our constant endeavour to identify opportunities, to synergise our knowledge of global and domestic markets and to align with today’s real estate needs. The primary goal of VBHC is to increase stakeholder value. And to us the most important stakeholders are employees who work with us and our esteemed clients and customers. All our projects, including VBHC Vaibhava which we are launched in Chennai, are in line with this endeavour.”

VBHC Vaibhava is designed to be self sustaining entity with focus on water, waste and energy conservation. The effective use of natural light in the design, solar-powered street lights and water heater will ensure low electricity costs while conserving resources.

The area is perceived to be one of the largest automobile hubs in the world, with all the major auto companies setting up shop here. With the area buzzing with industries, it was apt for us to come up with a residential project around the area. At VBHC Vaibhava, we would provide world class amenities and state-of-the-art facilities within the reach of the middle class.”

Industrially, the Oragadam-Sriperambudur belt is rich with existing and upcoming big companies like Daimler, Renault – Nissan, Komatsu, Nokia, Dell, St. Gobain, Foxconn, Flextronics to name a few. In addition to this, the Tamil Nadu government is also proposing to build a Rs300 crore Oragadam Industrial Corridor Road which is expected to give a thrust to industrial activity in the Oragadam-Sriperambudur clusters. It will also provide additional connectivity with Grand Southern Trunk Road. With more and more manufacturing units starting their operations around Oragadam, the place is becoming the fastest growing suburb of Chennai.

The first phase of VBHC Vaibhava Chennai will be ready for delivery in 20 months.
