VBHC launches value homes in Chennai
Value & Budget Housing Corporation (VBHC) has announced the launch of VBHC Vaibhava, its first project in Chennai. The project is spread over 30 acres of land at Oragadam. It is well connected to the industrial hubs of Sriperambudur and Oragadam.
To be completed in two phases, the first phase has 148 apartments (2BHK) in 3 blocks.
The project price starts from Rs16.6 lakh for a 792 sq ft 2BHK apartment.

The first phase of VBHC Vaibhava Chennai will be ready for delivery in 20 months.
