Unity Infraprojects bags MCGM order

Unity Infraprojects Ltd (BSE: 532746) has bagged a Rs325.23 crore project from the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM). The contract is for the replacement of two pipelines of 1800 mm dia. existing riveted Tansa mains from Tansa to Tarali by one No. 2750 mm dia. M.S. all welded pipe line in the H.E.’s outside City division, Section III – From Chinchavali to Tarali. The assignment is to be completed in 45 months. Speaking about the order bagged, Kishore K. Avarsekar, CMD, Unity Infraprojects Ltd said: “We will live up to the stipulated time and the quality expectations”
Earlie on August 1, 2009 the company bagged a Rs 72 crore contract from CPWD (Central Public Works Department), pertaining to the redevelopment scheme of Dev Nagar in west Delhi. The Company will undertake the construction of 400 Type–III quarters, and also take on the internal water supply, sanitary installations, and internal electrical works. The time frame for project completion is two years. The order was from the Executive Engineer, Project Circle 4, CPWD, New Delhi vide an LOA dated July 29, 2009.
