The Top 50 Real State & Infra Company- RANK 18, Mahindra Lifespaces, Sangeeta Prasad, MD

Cover Story

Mahindra Lifespace Developers is looking to acquire distressed real estate assets across key property markets, especially the Delhi-National Capital Region. This would be in addition to the company’s growth strategy to focus on both greenfield and stressed assets in mid-premium and affordable segment to cater to end users. While Mahindra Lifespace is keen to enter this segment, the project’s legal status, financial obligations and homebuyers’ demands will be the key considerations before an association is finalised. As part of its next phase of growth, the company wants to strengthen its footprint in key geographies in India.
Simultaneously, it has begun handing over homes in Phase 1 of its maiden premium residential project ‘Windchimes’ in Bengaluru. The project is being developed in two phases and offers 400 thoughtfully designed, spacious and airy apartments in 3 and 4 BHK configurations. It is IGBC pre-certified ‘Platinum’ and one of Bengaluru’s first few ‘green’ residential projects.
