THDCL’s Raisina Residency moves into Phase II

Tata Housing Development Company Ltd (THDCL) has announced the launch of “Victoria”, Phase II of its premium and exclusive residential complex, Raisina Residency. Raisina is built on the theme of art and culture at Sector 59, Gurgaon. A total of 71 units comprising 3BHK apartments would be available under the new tower “Victoria”.
Speaking on the launch of Victoria, Brotin Banerjee, CEO and MD, THDCL said: “With the overwhelming response received from our consumers for the phase I of Raisina Residency launched in August, 08, we are happy to announce the launch of “Victoria” phase II of Raisina Residency, which again is designed by one of the best international architects. Raisina Residency has pre-certified Green Homes under the guidance of Indian Green Building Council (IGBC). The key features of a Green Building have been taken into account while designing and layout of the complex. As a mandatory part of Green Building development and to ensure healthy environment for our customers, Raisina Residency is designed to provide excellent natural ventilation. Also, Raisina Residency comes with 86% open area surrounding the towers.
Raisina Residency is being jointly developed by Tata Housing and Raheja Developers located at the Golf Course Road extension. Aedas, one of the top five architects in the world has designed this unique project. In Raisina Residency, the project master plan is envisaged as a dynamic contemporary composition, composed of dynamic fluid land forms, the entire site being like one large land art installation. The apartment blocks have been conceived as dynamic forms like leaves on a branch. The blocks crank and overlap creating a strong sweeping gesture.
