Tata Housing launches luxury project in Bangalore

Tata Housing Development Company Ltd has announced launching of a luxury project ‘The Promont’ in Bangalore. The project is been designed by renowned architect Moshe Safdie who has created some of the land mark projects such as Marina Bay Sands Resort in Singapore. The Promont is Safdie’s first residential development in India.
Based on the concept of The Hanging Gardens of Babylon cascading down hill, the project offers four majestic apartment towers as Phase I.
Brotin Banerjee, MD and CEO, Tata Housing Development Co. Ltd., said, “The Promont is the vision and testimony of Tata Housing’s long standing reputation of fine construction and impeccable ethics. This masterpiece joins the family of fine luxury properties envisioned by us to redefine the face of luxury living in India. When it comes to construction Tata Housing has a pedigree of path breaking ideas. Consider the design of The Promont for instance, where the core approach has always been to provide function before form. Another reason that makes The Promont nothing less than an icon for the city of Bengaluru.”

Sprawling across 14 acres on a hillock which overlooks the surrounding neighborhood and the city views below, the project is sculpted within the hills, resulting in an extraordinary visibility of the entire development and a 360° view of the entire city and surrounding hills, the company said. “The Promont offers elegantly designed residences of double-height cantilevered terraces with landscaped gardens ensures design excellence in its functionality and aesthetics by using innovative means to make it the best in class,” it added.
The Promont offers 4 luxurious apartment towers that will offer 320 three and four bedroom apartments and penthouses from 2376 sq. ft. to 6410 sq. ft.
Like all other Tata Housing properties, the projects in Bengaluru will also comply with all the green building guidelines codified by Indian Green Building Council (IGBC). Tata Housing has created a strong foothold in the luxury living by developing various premium luxury properties across India, such as Prive – Lonavala, Primanti & Raisina Residency – Gurgaon, Eden Court – Kolkata, etc.
