Supreme Infra starts toll plaza at Patiala


Supreme Infra Projects, a subsidiary of Supreme Infrastructure, has completed the construction of Patiala Nabha Malerkotla (PNM) road project on a DBFOT basis. It commenced tolling operations for PNM road project on June 24, 2012.

Awarded by Punjab Industrial Development Board (PIDB), the project was taken over by Supreme Infra Projects from the original concessionaire in August 2011. The cost of the project is Rs94 crore, while the concession period is 13.5 years. The total length of the road is approximately 56 km. Supreme Infrastructure India executed the EPC work for the project.

Vikram Sharma, managing director and chief executive officer of the company, said, “With this the company has achieved operational status of its second road BOT project and its first road BOT outside Maharashtra. We shall continue to deliver projects in time and in the process create value for all stakeholders.”
