Supertech enters Gurgaon market


Supertech has announced its foray into Gurgaon by launching first residential project Araville at Sector 79. The project is strategically located at the foothills of lush green Aravallis. The residents will have a panoramic view of the Aravali Hills.
RK Arora, chairman and managing director, Supertech, said “We are very happy to launch our first project in the millennium city. Araville is spread over an area of around 10 acres. The project comprises of 2, 3 and 4 BHK, available in the size1295 sq ft to 3620 sq ft. The price ranges from Rs63.45 lakh to Rs1.7 crore. The project consisting of 610 flats with a total saleable area of 10 lakh sq ft is expected to be completed in a period of three years at a total cost of Rs400 crore.
The group has been involved in building residential, commercial complexes, townships, IT Parks and hotels in Delhi & National Capital Region (NCR) and in new urban settlements like Meerut, Moradabad, Haridwar and Rudrapur too.
