RLDA invites developers for interactive meet

Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) has invited developers for an interactive meeting on June 11, 2010 in Kolkata. RLDA will discuss commercial development of prime air spaces and railway land of Kolkata Metro stations.
These include Central, Chandni Chowk, Mahanayak Uttam Kumar, New Garia and Masterda Surya Sen Metro stations. The project entails approximately 30,000 sq m of air spaces and 3000 sq m of railway land. The project structure will be on long lease and transfer model. The developer will design, finance, construct, operate, market and maintain the project.
The bidding process will start soon. The project details, proposed development models and eligibility criteria will be presented to the interested developers during the interactive meet. The eligibility criteria and other terms and conditions will be decided by the RLDA based on the feedback received during this meet. The interactive meet will be held on June 11, 2010 at 1100 hrs at the Golden Park Hotel in Kolkata.
More details about the project will be uploaded on the RLDA website (www.rlda.in) on or before June 1, 2010.
