Quinn Group unveils Q-City at Hyderabad


Quinn group, a leading business conglomerate from Ireland, has announced the unveiling of Q-City, a Class-A commercial building in Hyderabad. This is the first offering in India from Quinn Property, the division of Quinn group, specializing in the development and management of premium quality commercial real-estate, for lease.
Located at Gachibowli, in the midst of marquee organizations like Microsoft, Infosys, Wipro, Computer Associates, UBS, Franklin Templeton, Polaris, ICICI amongst others. Q-city is a modern international office development consisting of two blocks with a total built-up area of 1.2 million sq ft. Each floor of the building can be custom-fit to adapt to the individual needs of its tenants.
Block A consists of two basement + one ground + nine floors with each floor spread over 19,200 sq.ft. with a chargeable to usable ratio of 82% plus. Block B consists of two basement + one ground + eight floors with each floor spread over 70,850 sq.ft. with a chargeable to usable ratio of 80% plus.

Q-city has been constructed by Indu Projects Ltd, a leading developer from Hyderabad, to international standards. The campus will be professionally managed by international property management agency Cushman & Wakefield to provide the best satisfaction to our clients who take office space on lease.
