Trehan Group has unveiled its latest residential venture, ‘Shalimar Heights,’ situated in the industrial hub of Alwar, Rajasthan. Strategically positioned just a 10-minute drive from the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, the project boasts seamless connectivity to metro cities and Tier 2 cities such as Jaipur, Gurugram, and other parts of the National Capital Region. ‘Shalimar Heights’ marks Trehan Group’s second residential endeavor within its flagship 200-acre township project, Apna Ghar Shalimar, following the announcement of its luxury housing project, Trehan Amrit Kalash.
Comprising 320 units in total, the project will consist of 1 BHK and 2 BHK flats, whose prices will start from 10.25 lakhs and 23.99 lakhs simultaneously. The configuration sizes of 1BHK flats will be 452 sq-ft and 2BHK flats will be 896 sq-ft.
