Signature Global has launched the second phase in its two luxurious independent floors projects: SG City 63A and SG City 37 D (II). While the former is located at Golf-course Extension Road, the latter is located at Sector 37 in Gurugram.
Spread over 5 acres, SG City 63A is a lifestyle project that comprises several towers offering a total of 288 units in the configuration of 2-3BHKs independent floors.
Similarly, SG City 37D (II) is spread in a area of 5.62 acres, which is surrounded by lush green landscape and offers 336 units of 2-3 BHKs independent floors in the second phase.

The projects are designed by architect Hafeez Contractor with interior decoration by designer Sonali Bhagwati. These independent floors would be developed under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana (DDJAY) policy and are Edge-certified, a global green certification provided by International Finance Corporation (IFC), a finance arm of World Bank, which provides a seamless range of facilities like a swimming pool, jogger’s track area, yoga and meditation lawn, badminton court and half basketball court, among others. This new phase will offer Type-A of 3BHKs plus two toilets configuration and Type-B of 2BHKs plus two toilets configuration along with wide green belt with added facility of stilt car-parking.
These projects will have low-rise apartments and floors which will be part of a gated residential complex with a dedicated lift on each plot. These projects will also offer amenities at par like open-air theatre (OAT), reflexology garden, outdoor gym, skating rink, pool deck, kids’ pool, cricket net practice pitch, lawns, and loungers, among others.
While SG City 37D (II) is well-connected with the proposed National Highway Pataudi Road, Dwarka Expressway, NH-8 and Hero Honda Chowk, SG City 63A is located at Golf-course Extension Road. Also, both these projects are offering a high-street retail hub, Signum Plaza.
