Prestige Office Ventures plans to develop a commercial complex, Prestige Tech Zone, at Kundalahalli in Bengaluru district of Karnataka.
The complex will be constructed on 18.56 acres of land and will consist four blocks with 2B+G+6 storeys with ample parking facility.
Prestige Office Ventures is awaiting environmental clearance. After approvals, the company will finalise the contractor for the project.
The work is expected to commence in mid-2023, with a completion date scheduled for May 2026.
