Octane Infraspace is planning to develop a residential complex Nilamber Bellissimo-4 at Vasna in Vadodara district of Gujarat.
The project will span over 3.09 acres of land parcel, comprising seven towers of G+10 floors including various modern amenities.
Octane Infraspace was granted environmental clearance from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Gujarat in September 2022.
The company expects to commence the work on the project in Q2/FY24. The company has also finalised the architect and contractor for the project.
