MMRDA project of Rs 1281 cr likely to go to Ashoka Buildcon

Has won two contracts

Infrastructure company Ashoka Buildcon has been identified as the lowest bidder for two projects under the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA).

Two significant bridge construction contracts have been awarded in India. The first contract, worth Rs 289.60 crore, is for the design and construction of a creek bridge stretching from Kolshet to Kalher. The second contract, significantly larger at Rs 991.20 crore, is for a creek bridge connecting Gaimukh to Payegaon. The projects mark substantial infrastructure development in the respective regions.

Afcons Infrastructure has been announced as the successful bidder for two significant projects of the MMRDA (Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority) in Maharashtra. The projects include the construction of a creek bridge from Kasarvadavli to Kharbav and an elevated road from NH-4 Old to Katai Naka for a freeway project. The development of these projects is expected to provide significant infrastructural improvement in the region.
