Man Infraconstruction (MICL) Group has announced its entry into the premium redevelopment sector with the acquisition of a prime project at Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) in Mumbai. This strategic move signifies MICL Group’s expansion into higher-value projects, broadening its portfolio in the real estate sector.
Artek Co-operative Housing Society in Kalanagar, BKC, is set to undergo a redevelopment project led by ‘Arhan Homes’, an associate entity of the Group. The construction will be carried out by Man Infraconstruction, following a development agreement signed with the Society.
The Group announced a new project with a total construction area of approximately five lakh sq-ft. The project, which is expected to be completed within three years from the launch date, has a saleable RERA carpet area of about 1.5 lakh sq-ft.
MICL Group is planning to broaden its presence in the Mumbai area through a new project that emphasizes creating iconic developments.
