After the success of Tower T3 in Kohinoor World Towers, Kohinoor Group has announced the launch of tower T2 in Pimpri Chinchwad area of Pune. The prime project is spread across 1.8 million sq-ft, including future development.
The launch event was attended by guests and clients at JW Marriot Pune. With bookings already being opened the Tower T2 has a saleable area of around 2.12 lakh sq-ft starting from Rs 2.75 crore onwards.
“After creating disruption in the commercial segment, we have now decided to take the next step in launching the new Tower T2 in Kohinoor World Towers. We’ve seen how India’s corporate sector has had to adapt to a work-from-home culture in the last year. Despite the significant challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, businesses have expressed a strong desire to return to new office spaces and that has worked out in our favor to drive sales even during the ongoing pandemic,” said Prasanth Gopinath, director commercial (BU).
