Real estate company CRC Group has engaged Killa Design, a renowned architectural firm, to design an ultra-luxury residential project in Greater Noida. Scheduled for an early 2025 launch, the project aims to revolutionize high-end living by merging innovative sustainable design with luxurious spaces.
Killa Design-owned by Shaun Killa, known for sustainable and innovative architectural feats, such as Bahrain World Trade Center, the world’s first commercial building to feature integrated wind turbines.
The upcoming CRC project will feature fewer units, with an emphasis on creating a unique living experience, focusing on green design, incorporating eco-friendly technologies and sustainable systems to align with global environmental standards. The vision of this project is to blend luxury with sustainability in a way that sets new benchmarks for real estate in India. It will also elevate the entire real estate landscape in Greater Noida.
In India, Killa Design has already made its mark with the Namaste W Hotel in Mumbai and ‘The World’ in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.
