Century Real Estate has massive plans to develop 8 housing projects in B’lore

Two projects will be launched by Total Environment

Century Real Estate has announced plans to construct eight housing projects in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The developments will span over 55 acres and are expected to be completed within the next 18 months.

Eight new property projects are set to launch in North and East Bengaluru, with each unit priced above Rs 1.4 crore. The developers plan to secure financial partners based on the specific needs of each project.]

It plans to launch two of its eight projects, Codename Built Rare and Codename UnbeLivable within the next two months. The projects, located in Indiranagar and Yelahanka respectively, have already generated Rs 650 crore in the pre-launch phase. The properties, priced between Rs 5.5 crore and Rs 25 crore, are expected to bring in an estimated revenue of Rs 2,200 crore. The 8.5-acre projects will house a total of 345 units, including three to four BHK apartments, townhouses, and penthouses.

The company, which has consistently doubled its revenue annually, has proposed joint development projects with reputed brands, offering land parcels as part of the deal. It is actively seeking opportunities in Bengaluru’s residential sector while also expressing interest in launching a modest senior living project in the upcoming financial year.
