Oberoi Realty is planning to launch its second mall, Sky City Mall, in Mumbai’s Borivli region by January 2025. The company is also expanding beyond the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) for the first time, with a project in Gurugram currently awaiting approval. This new development is expected to be unveiled in the first or second quarter of the financial year 2025-2026.
Oberoi Realty is currently constructing its second mall in Mumbai, part of the Oberoi Sky City project in Borivali. This follows the completion of its first shopping centre, Oberoi Mall, located in Goregaon East.
Oberoi Realty has purchased 14.81 acres of land in Gurugram, Haryana’s Sector 58, for Rs 597 crore in November 2023. The property has a potential buildable area of approximately 2.6 million sq ft, which the company intends to use for a luxury residential group housing project.
