ATS Infrastructure, a leading developer in the National Capital Region, has completed its project, Allure, on the Yamuna Expressway. The company has initiated the process of handing over the property to home buyers and invited over 1100 customers to take possession of flats on Sunday.
“We are delighted to hand over the flats to homebuyers in Allure,” said Getambar Anand, chairman of ATS Infrastructure.
Spread over 8.48 acres, Allure has 1145 flats. The company launched the project in 2018, but it was delayed due to the outbreak of the COVID pandemic.
At the time of launch, it had sold almost all the flats. The project is near the upcoming Jewar International Airport, along the Yamuna Expressway.
