 Set in the heart of Central Chennai, a rich and regal residence was built that sprawls languorously of over 10,000 square feet. Honing in on the opulence of the bungalow, a plethora of green plants and garden space has been consciously provided. This influenced the overall design scheme and led to a myriad of luxurious innovations that increases the spaciousness of the entire layout. Enhancing the feel of the bungalow, the first floor is equipped with an open terrace in order to bring nature closer to the residents.
