Akshaya Pvt. Ltd has announced its entry into the affordable housing segment with the pre-launch of its 158th and 159th projects, ‘Vaan Megam’ and ‘Mann Vaasanai’ located on the upcoming Thiruporur-Chengalpet 4-lane National Highway, near OMR Thiruporur, an upcoming investment destination in Chennai.

Thiruporur on OMR has fast emerged as one of the more affordable localities in Chennai. The area has witnessed rapid infrastructure development and multiple proposals from private sector as well as the government, making it one of the preferred destination for the homebuyers offering good returns on their investment in the long-term.

In an effort towards “Homes for All”, the twin projects – adjacent to each other – will feature 1&2BHK homes in the price range of Rs 10.99 lakh – Rs 23.71 lakh, making it an attractive proposition for customers. Accommodating 130 and 312 homes respectively, Vaan Megam & Mann Vaasanai offer single and double bedroom homes ranging from 461 sq-ft to 778 sq-ft super built-up area.

With this new pre-launch, Akshaya brings the finest amenities and features such as a multi-purpose court, landscaped garden, jogging track, basketball court, water treatment plants, power back-up and the luxury of gated community living, at an extremely affordable price.

“It gives us immense pleasure to launch two projects simultaneously in the affordable housing segment. Aptly named as ‘Vaan Megam’ and ‘Mann Vaasanai’, the twin projects are strategically located in a neighborhood which has seen 25% land value appreciation in just two years. With the recently revised GST and also the projects being covered by the government’s PMAY scheme, it will be a very lucrative buying option for end-users,” said T Chitty Babu, chairman & CEO, Akshaya Pvt. Ltd.
