Godrej Properties announces two new projects in Mumbai

GPL will jointly develop a land parcel in the upscale neighbourhood of Worli

Godrej Properties (GPL), a Mumbai-based real estate developer, has announced two new projects in Worli and Matunga east in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

GPL will jointly develop a land parcel in the upscale neighbourhood of Worli. The project will offer approximately 0.11 million m2 (1.17 million sq-ft) of saleable area as part of a redevelopment project.

The second project will be a residential development on a land parcel located near Five Gardens in Matunga (east).

The project will offer approximately 16,000 m2 (0.17 million sq-ft) of saleable area comprising residential apartments of various configurations.
