The Rail Vikas Nigam has floated tender for rail works in Uttar Pradesh.
The scope of work involves construction of railway embankment, roadbed, major and minor bridges, RUBs, ROBs, track linking (excluding supply of rails and main line sleepers), stations, service buildings, quarters, rest house and general electrical works from Ghazipur city (excluding) to Mardah (including) – (35.36 km) in connection with construction of new BG line from Mau to Tarighat in Varanasi Division of NE Railway and Danapur Division of EC Railway in Uttar Pradesh.
The work will be completed in 48 months at a cost of Rs 397.74 crore.
