Salarpuria Sattva Group crowned with Green Champion Award by IGBC
Awarded for leading the green building movement in India (commercial)
Salarpuria Sattva Group was awarded ‘Developer leading the green building movement in India (commercial)’ at the 6th IGBC Green Champion Award held during the IGBC Leadership Awards Night recently. The award was conferred in recognition of the company being involved in development of around 10 IGBC green building projects and contributing towards India emerging as a global green champion.

Salarpuria Sattva has practiced and executed green measures in all of its projects. The company continues to focus on water and energy efficiency and has taken measures to increase green cover. Rain water conservation, using recycled building materials, offsite renewable energy systems like solar PV panels, solar hot water systems and eco-friendly fly ash bricks, all contribute towards nature conservation. The annual Green Champion Award is the most prestigious honor bestowed by IGBC upon the leaders of the green building movement in India. Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) established Indian Green Building Council (IGBC), with a vision to enable sustainable built-environment for all and facilitate India to be one of the global leaders in this area by 2025.
