Pragati Maidan to host Techmart India 2009

The National Small Industries Corporation Ltd (NSIC), under the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises is organizing Techmart India 2009, the 17th International Technology Fair from November 14 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi coinciding with the India International Trade Fair 2009.
This annual event will be a centre stage for keeping abreast with latest technology development in the Indian Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises Sector (MSME). The event will assist the MSME Sector in marketing their products and services and also help large companies and buyers in identifying MSMEs which can become their ancillaries, partners in joint ventures and sub-contracting.
Techmart India 09 will be spread over an area of 5000 sq mtrs and will be a platform for those associated with the MSME sector and interested in keeping abreast with the latest technological developments in the micro, small and medium enterprises sector.
The key objectives of the fair is to exhibit the capabilities and export potential of Indian MSMEs as well as their goods and services, to discover new market opportunities and technologies through organised meetings with potential buyers and suppliers from India and abroad and to forge closer linkages and networking amongst MSMEs through exchange and sharing experiences as well as know-how on best business practices & strategies.
