Sintex BAPL, a subsidiary of Welspun Corp, has appointed Ashish Prasad as CEO.
Prasad, an alumnus of the IIM Ahmedabad, brings over 25 years of extensive experience in the consumer and retail sectors.
Prasad will chart a strategic direction of Sintex BAPL, overseeing operations, and driving growth while maintaining the company’s focus on responsible business practices. He will report to Rajesh R Mandawewala, MD, Welspun Group.
Prasad shared, “Sintex has a rich history as a pioneer in the water tank industry in India. We have an exceptional opportunity to empower our teams and develop our channel partners to grow together.”
Before joining Welspun, Ashish Prasad was senior VP at Ashirvad Pipes. He was also associated with Asian Paints, Aditya Birla Group, and Pidilite Industries.
