Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya (GSV) and Chetak Foundation signed an MoU to promote education and skill development among students at GSV. The MoU was signed by Prof. Manoj Choudhary, Vice Chancellor, GSV and Arun Arora, head & director of governing board, Chetak Foundation, in the presence of TV Ananthasubramanian, Registrar-GSV; Prof CP Nanda, Dean Admin; Prof Jitesh Thakkar, Dean Academics; Prof R Edwin Raj, Controller of Exams; Dr Venkat Chintala, Prog. Director-B. Tech; Krishna Kumar, Deputy Registrar; Hublal Jagan, Deputy Comptroller HR; Sweta Jain, deputy finance officer, GSV; and Sachin JKS Haritash, director of Chetak Group.
The Foundation is working on improving the quality of life for underprivileged communities in the logistics space and public at large in the domain of its focus areas.
Choudhary said, “This is in line with GSVs vision of preparing youth for creating jobs and being employment ready. We are glad that Chetak Group is offering
Chetak Jai Krishna Scholarship` to girl students pursuing these courses.”
The University follows a demand-driven curriculum, both at the UG and PG levels, while aligning with industry priorities, understanding the significance of well-informed and well-trained graduates.
Besides GSV, Chetak Foundation has also tied up with Delhi Skill & Entrepreneur University, VisionSpring, Sir Ganga Ram, Max & Fortis Hospitals, Delhi Metro, GMRVF, IOCL, Honda Motorcycle and Scooters India, Haryana Government, JCB, JBM (Jai Bharat Maruti), Escorts, SML Isuzu and CRPF for its health, nutrition, environment, and road safety projects.
