Mahindra Lifespaces appoints Parveen Mahtani as chief legal officer

Will oversee all legal and regulatory activities across the company's businesses

Mahindra Lifespace Developers has appointed Parveen Mahtani as chief legal officer.  Parveen will oversee all legal and regulatory activities across Mahindra Lifespaces’ businesses, applying her extensive experience in due diligence, contract management, M&A, intellectual property rights and financial transactions.

Parveen is a seasoned legal expert with nearly 20 years of leadership experience spanning multiple industries. Prior to her appointment at Mahindra Lifespaces, Parveen was head, legal and compliance at Tata Realty and Infrastructure and Tata Housing Development. In her previous roles, she has handled a wide portfolio of real estate projects across India, UK, Maldives and Sri Lanka.  She has also handled litigation across various courts, including the Supreme Court of India and high courts.
