Knight Frank India has appointed Srinivas Anikipatti as the senior director, Tamil Nadu & Kerala. This is line with the company’s continuous process to reinforce its presence in key markets across India. Knight Frank, which already has a strong base in South India, will be looking more keenly towards its business expansion in south India markets. Srinivas’ inclusion to the leadership will help further fortify its capabilities in the region.

In his role at Knight Frank India, Srinivas will lead the business growth strategies covering the two southern states – Tamil Nadu and Kerala - across services including, but not limited to, transactions, investments, project management and facilities, and asset management. He will lead a team of seasoned real estate professionals in augmenting Knight Frank’s business by firming up existing client relations and adding to our new client acquisition efforts. Further, he will be working closely with our national, regional and global teams to provide support to our multi locational client requirements in these markets.

Shishir Baijal, CMD, Knight Frank India, said, “Tamil Nadu and Kerala have immense growth potential for asset classes like office, warehousing and logistics, healthcare, and hospitality. Both the state governments are working actively on creating an investment-friendly environment at present, due to which the real estate development in these locations is showing good potential for growth. Srinivas, who has been actively involved executing landmark real estate developments in these markets, provides the right leadership to take our business in South India to the next level. I am confident that with Srinivas at the helm, Knight Frank will further strengthen its positions in these markets.”

Speaking on his appointment, Srinivas said, “Knight Frank has a strong market reputation of trust and focused bespoke services and is known for its spirit of partnership with client. I am looking forward to creating value for the organisation and for our esteemed clients and scaling the business to new heights.”

In his last assignment, he held the position of Managing Director at Vivendi Ventures. He has been a part of many deals including sale-and-lease transactions, joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions, and portfolio management.
