Paramount launches Florence Plaza

Paramount Group has launched ‘Florence Plaza’ shopping complex which is going to be part of Floraville project, located at Sector 137, Expressway, Noida.
Spread over an area of 17600 sq. ft. of Floraville, the complex will have two floors having big central Plaza and also having shops of daily needs products. The shops will be 440 sq. ft. of area, price of which is Rs8500 per sq. ft.
The complex will be associated with premium brands and will be operational in 30 months, the company said.
Ashwani Prakash, Executive Director, Paramount Group said, “We, at Paramount believe in providing convenience and comforts to our customers. Today, most of the working couples look for a comfortable evening life after a hectic day’s schedule, so keeping this in mind; we have tried to provide all facilities at their doorsteps.”

He said that the project has been designed to provide convenient shopping to the resident of Paramount Flora Ville. “This shopping complex would have spacious 40 shops. The construction of the complex has already been started and it is expected to be operational within next 30 months,” he added.
Paramount Floraville project is spread over an area of 12 acres and comprises of 2, 2+1 study, 3 and 3+1 study BHK apartments. Floraville has 16 towers, 18 storey and 1500 units. The area of these units ranges from 1045 sq. ft. to 1685 sq. ft.
