Omaxe Infra bags Rs128 crore order

Omaxe Infrastructure & Construction Pvt Ltd, the wholly owned subsidiary of Omaxe Ltd, has bagged Rs128.34 crore order from UP Projects Corporation Ltd for the modernisation of three projects in Orissa. The scope of work includes modernization of ESI Hospitals in Bhubaneswar and Cuttack at an estimated cost of Rs63.04 crore and Rs59.35crore respectively, with a completion period of 18 months. The third project, the regional office at Bhubaneshwar is to be completed over a period of 10 months.
Omaxe has big plans to enter into the infrastructure sector and recently the company had participated in bids and tenders on various infrastructure projects. The company had also been awarded contracts by the Punjab government last year for the construction of Modern Jail at Kapurthala and Faridkot for a total value of Rs210 crore.
