Nitesh Estates unveils luxury project in Bangalore


Nitesh Estates has launched it luxury villa offering, Nitesh Napa Valley off Bellary Road, Bangalore. This is the first of the five launches planned by Nitesh Estates for the fiscal. The five launches are estimated to be at Rs1500 crore in total.

The Rs425-crore Napa Valley project will house 133 villas with footprints ranging from a large 5342 sq ft to a 2712 sq. ft. The company is looking to recreate resort living in the city at the cost of Rs5.5 crore, Rs4.5 crore and Rs3.5 crore depending on the villa-type the customer opts for.

The project will be designed by Wimberly Allison Tong and Goo from California. Inspired by the architecture of Santa Barbara and California, these villas are designed to offer an exclusive lifestyle, with a large driveway, and large five star clubhouse, the company said.

Speaking at the launch Ashwini Kumar, executive director and COO, Nitesh Estates said, “The project is located at just 30 minutes drive from MG Road. Its biggest asset is its vast green cover which is exquisitely designed by the well- known landscape designers P Landscapes, Thailand, while the interiors have been designed by Warner Wong Singapore.“

The project is close to leading international schools, the premium Columbia Asia Hospital and an up market shopping mall. The project is adjacent to the proposed Peripheral Ring Road (PRR).
