NHAI work culture will be changed: Kamal Nath

In an exclusive interview with Construction Week India, Kamal Nath, Union Minister of Road Transport & Highways hinted at major changes with regards to the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI). "Our plans would require a change in the working culture at NHAI as also its restructuring. Restructuring is in the process of implementation," the Minister said at his office.
He expressed confidence that with the availability of financial and manpower resources, his ministry would be able to move ahead to reach its target. The NHAI is presently developing 5985 km of National highways. The minister also assured that he and his ministry remained committed to the concerns of all the stakeholders in the road construction industry.
