Neev Group unveils twin projects


Mumbai-based real estate and infra services company, Neev Group has announced the launch of two new residential projects, Ivory Tower at Prabhadevi and Excella Residency at Parel.
Spread across 2,13,000 sq ft, the 32-storeyed Ivory Tower will offer 3 floors of podium and stilt car parking, visitors lounge, clubhouse, swimming pool (on the fifth floor) and landscaped gardens. The project comprises of 54 flats that occupy 27 storeys in the project. These which include 27 flats (2BHK) and an equal number offering 3BHK apartments ranging from 1,500-2,100 sq ft each.
The company’s other project, Excella Residency is a mid-income housing project spread across 28,000 sq ft offering a total of 13 apartments. This includes 12 flats of 2BHK and one 4BHK apartment. Size of apartments here range from 1,200-1,700 sq ft.
Commenting on the new launch, Jitendra Jain, MD & CEO of Neev Group said, “The total investment in both the projects is around Rs130 crore. Anticipating the slowdown in the real estate market, we had re-aligned our focus on infrastructure development and had strategically lined up the launch of these two projects at a gap to our last market offerings.”
