Mihan’s First City is rising, again
The first residential project in Mihan (Multi Modal Integrated Hub Airport at Nagpur) is showing clear signs of revival. The project called First City was going through a lull for a long time primarily due to recession. However, action has picked up in the last quarter, according to A Shyamsunder, CEO of Disha Direct Marketing Services Pvt Ltd, who is marketing this project.
First City occupies 31 acres within the Mihan Project spread over an area of 4354 hectares. Developed by Reatox Builders & Developers Pvt Ltd, First City is owned by Maharashtra Airport Development Company Ltd (MADC), the govt agency developing Mihan. First City, which comprises 11 thirteen storied
