McNally Bharat wins Rs173.20 cr Coalfields order


McNally Bharat Engineering, one of the leading providers of turnkey solutions in the power, steel, mining, coal and ports sector, has won a project worth Rs173.20 crore for coal handling plant with silo loading arrangement at Bharatpur siding of Mahanadi Coalfields in Sambalpur, Orissa.
Srinivash Singh, MD, McNally Bharat Engineering, says, “It’s a pleasure to receive orders from prestigious government organizations like Mahanadi Coalfields. We hope to execute the project successfully in keeping with our high standards of technical expertise.”
The company says the scope of work involves designing, engineering, equipment supply, civil work, structural work, erection and commissioning of the Plant. To be completed in 24 months, the project would require a 2.2 km belt conveyor, four 3,600 TPH Paddle Feeders, Over-ground bunker of 15,000 tons capacity, two 4000 tons silos with 5,500 TPH Rapid Loading System.
