MCHI announces 13th India Realty Expo 2010

Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry (MCHI) would be showcasing properties of renowned builders from India at the 13th India Realty Expo 2010 in Dubai. The Expo would be held from 3rd to 5th June, 2010 at the Renaissance Hotel, Deira, Dubai.

India Realty Expo 2010 is being organised with the aim of providing an opportunity to NRI investors to explore the plentiful opportunities offered by the real estate sector in India in housing as well as commercial and retail options.
As many as 21 leading developers, all members of the MCHI and CREDAI, would be participating in the exhibition, which will remain open from 5 pm to 9 pm on 3rd June. The timings on 4th and 5th June are from 10 am to 1 pm and 4 pm to 9 pm. The exhibition this year will focus on mostly under construction and ready residential properties form Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore and Goa.
Sunil Mantri, President, MCHI said, "The properties showcased in the exhibition match the best International standards." Boman Irani, Chairman Exhibitions – MCHI, said "Property market in India currently offers a great opportunity for the NRIs."
Zubin Mehta, CEO of MCHI, said "With attractive pricing and innovation in construction technology, variety of designs, NRIs are taking a fresh look at India as an unique market in which they can invest. We are sure the current market scenario in India and overall economic revival across the world would make the exhibition a successful event this year."
