Maytas Infra inaugurates 4-lane road in Tamil Nadu

Hyderabad-based Maytas Infra Limited has inaugurated the Padalur-Samayapuram four-lane road on NH-45 in Tamil Nadu.

The stretch has been upgraded with divided carriageway along with strengthening of the existing carriageway.

One major bridge across Uppar River, a minor bridge, and 21 culverts comprise the road stretch.

All these have been constructed with carriageway suited for four-lane configuration, and with 1.5m wide hard shoulder and 1.0m wide earthen shoulder.

The total value of the project is Rs190 crores.

NH-45 is an important Highway, connecting Chennai and Dindigul via Trichy. The highway is being improved by NHAI to augment the capacity for catering growing needs of the trade and tourism needs of the state.
