IRB bags Six Laning project in Karnataka
IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd has emerged as the Preferred Bidder for the Six Laning of Tumkar-Chitradurga Section from km75 to km189 of NH-4 in Karnataka under NHDP Phase V on BOT basis. Based on the DBFO pattern, the project is on Premium basis and the estimated project cost is Rs1200 crore.
The project length is approximately 114 Km. IRB gets a concession period of 26 years and the company has to pay a premium of Rs140.40 crore for the Project to the NHAI, in the first year.
Mr VD Mhaiskar, Chairman & Managing Director of IRB infrastructure Developers Ltd. said, “We are pleased to emerge as the preferred bidder for this project.
