Happy Home unveils redevelopment project

Happy Home has announced the possession of phase 1 of its new landmark residential project “Jade Gardens” near MIG Club, Bandra – East. The company has developed over a million sq. ft of residential and commercial real estate spaces across Mumbai for more than 1500 families and with the completion of Jade Gardens in its portfolio it will further usher in a new era of high-end living for residents in Mumbai.
Jade Gardens will bring in an optimum combination of high-end luxury and lifestyle living and is expected to set benchmarks in the luxury redevelopment category. The project has 3 towers that will offer premium 3 & 4 BHK apartments with state of the art facilities and amenities. As part of the project Jade Gardens will offer luxury homes with world class facilities to existing 80 society members and prospective home buyers from the corporate world.
Commenting on the project, Umang Dinesh Kuwadia – Executive Director, Happy Home Group and Convener of the Redevelopment Committee of MCHI said, “We at Happy Home have strategically looked at focusing on luxury residential redevelopment as an integral component of company’s growth strategy for the next decade. At Jade Gardens we have not differentiated between existing occupants and prospective homebuyers but have offered the same luxury and lifestyle amenities in keeping with the profile of the area. Our track record and expertise in redevelopment has helped us deliver the project in a record time and we would offer possession this month.”
Mr Kuwadia further added, "The project will offer excellent opportunities to home buyers and end-users due to its close proximity with the city’s prime business hub, Bandra – Kurla Complex. The location has been traditionally well-known for commercial developments whilst the supply for luxury residential housing has been limited. Jade Gardens is expected to change the paradigm of residential living in the location by offering current and prospective occupants high-end luxury living in a green and peaceful environ."
The project is poised to be one of the unique redevelopment projects in the prime locality of BKC and has been designed by Talati & Panthaky.
