Good response for MCHI’s suburban expos

Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry (MCHI) organized its first ever suburban property expo for its two units: Mira-Virar City and Kalyan-Dombivli. The Mira-Virar City expo at Bhayander and Kalyan-Dombivli expo in Kalyan received overwhelming response from home buyers.
The MCHI Mira-Virar City expo was inaugurated by, Shri Sachin Ahir – Hon. Minister of State for Housing, Govt of Maharsashtra and the Kalyan-Dombivli expo was inaugurated by Mr Sachin Khandelwal – Managing Director, ICICI Home Finance Company Ltd & Vaijayanti Gholap – Mayor, Kalyan-Dombivli. The twin expo met with a highly favorable response, seeing an influx of visitors at the exhibition and witnessing a total of more than 20,000 footfalls at each venue respectively. The virtual expo too recorded over 4000 hits.
Speaking on the success of the expo Mr. Boman Irani – President, MCHI Mira-Virar City said “The overwhelming response from homebuyers is a testament to the fact that the Mira-Virar region is becoming a preferred prime location for homebuyers and investors. The end users looking for their First Home or a Bigger Home will get the best of both worlds in this region, in terms of affordability and strong infrastructure. The expo being organized by MCHI has clearly indicated the brand value it has amongst buyers, becoming synonyms with trust and credibility.
The three day expo presented an easy platform for home buyers where they could purchase properties and take informed decisions. Most developers have recorded a huge number of enquiries and bookings which marks the success of the expo.”
Also commenting on the twin expo, Mr. Bandish Ajmera – President, MCHI Kalyan-Dombivli unit said “This is the first time that MCHI has organized such a magnanimous expo for the region and the result has encouraged and motivated us to offer homebuyers a better experience in the coming year. The Kalyan-Dombivli expo was unique because of the properties being available at affordable price points. The expo witnessed tremendous enquiries from genuine buyers at most of the stalls which is a healthy sign for further development of the area. Also, the virtual online exhibition facilitated homebuyers in other part of the city and also overseas to experience the real-time feel of the expo.”

The expo at Mira-Virar City unit had key participants such as RNA Corp, Lodha Group, Rustomjee, Sanghvi Group, Space Realty, Ackruti, Ravi Group, Ekta World, Unique Shanti Developers, Salangpur Nirmaan and many more. The key developers at the Kalyan –Dombivli unit were Lodha, Tata Housing, Ajmera Group, Marathon, Milestone, Raunak Group and many more.
