Feedback Ventures wins Max Healthcare mandate


Feedback Ventures has won a mandate for construction management services from Max Healthcare for upcoming super specialty hospital in Bhatinda, Punjab. The hospital, to be built, will be in a public private partnership with the Punjab government. The hospital would have 200 beds for cancer and heart patients. The hospital worth approximately Rs140 crore would be completed within 16 months and is expected to open by August 2011. 
It would be built over an area of 2 lakh square feet and would consist of a basement and four floors. The state government has allocated 4.80 acres of land in the Civil District Hospital complex in Bathinda. Max Healthcare would pay 5% of its annual income to the Punjab government.

Feedback Ventures service will ensure cost management with excellent quality in efficient time management. This project will provide much needed relief to the residents of Bhatinda, as its one-of-a-kind hospital in the region.”
Feedback Ventures has been working as consultants for various infrastructural projects such as bus terminals, bidding process for road projects etc with Punjab Infrastructure Development Board (PIDB).
