BCD Emprasa was designed to address the significant changes the residential real estate segment is going through with concepts such as retirement homes, student housing or co-living and affordable homes gaining prominence and driving growth of the industry.

From a Green Building perspective, the project has 9850 m2 of open area with a minimum extent of the basement. This has resulted in minimal destruction of the natural topography. The project setbacks are at Natural Ground Level thus maintaining the original nature of the soil.
