Equinox Business Park launches fourth tower

Equinox Realty has launched the fourth office tower in Equinox Business Park (formerly Peninsula Techno park), taking the already operational campus closer to full completion. The new tower, the final phase of development, approximately adds 480,000 sq ft office space to the Equinox Business Park campus. With the completion of the tower, the total leasable area is now full capacity of around 1.2 million sq ft.
Cherag Ramakrishnan, CEO, Equinox Realty, said, “Our aim is to create quality products that offer competitive value to our clients. Keeping in line with this intent, we have designed the park as an integrated office experience that offers office spaces as per business requirements and has recreational amenities to create the optimum work-leisure balance. With the completion of the final phase, the already operational facility will see a further enhancement of the campus feel.”
The fourth tower at the park features two basements, ground, plus ten upper floors. It offers large floor plates in the range of 45,000 sq ft to 50,000 sq ft. While offering the large expanse, the design also enables customisation to suit a wide range of office requirements. The building features a contemporary façade with energy efficient double glazed glass panels and composite aluminium panels. A grand entrance lobby, high speed digitally controlled elevators, centralized fire-fighting system and CCTV with BMS connectivity is some other key features of the tower. This tower will be ready for fit-out by the third quarter of this year and will offer leasable options of 10,000 sq ft and above.
The facility is proposed to be LEED certified with Gold rating. It is also coming up with niche products such as plug and play corporate suites, catering to smaller or shorter-term requirements.
This integrated commercial centre is located adjacent to Bandra-Kurla Complex with close proximity to the Express highways, both Eastern and Western, and the Bandra-Worli Sea Link.
