Emgee Group launches luxury project in Goa


Emgee Group, a real estate developer with its presence in Spain and south east European nations, has announced launching its first luxury project in Goa. The Mudhit Gupta-run company will be developing a luxurious beach front project called ‘Anantam’ at Dona Paula which will be designed by architect Sanjay Puri.
The company said the project will be spread over 14 acres of land and it will offer a panoramic 180 degree view of the Arabian Sea. The project will have two, three and four bedroom semi-furnished apartments and penthouses. The company has also announced Bollywood actors Anil Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor as their official brand ambassadors.

The project will have high end lifestyle amenities such as clubhouse, gymnasium, Jacuzzi, a meditation and yoga centre, indoor games arena, swimming pool, a business centre and an air conditioned restaurant.
