Siroya Corp announces massive 350,000 sq-ft joint development project in Mumbai

Siroya Corp has inked a joint development project in Oshiwara, Andheri West. The project encompasses development potential of a million sq-ft with saleable area of 350,000 sq-ft of mixed-use development, with an estimated top-line revenue of Rs 1200 crores.

Commenting on the venture, Rishabh Siroya, managing director, Siroya Corp, expressed excitement regarding the project’s potential impact. “We envision a mixed-use development encompassing commercial, residential, and high street retail spaces. As per our initial discussions we plan to launch two high rise towers of 40 storeys each comprising approximately 600 units. Our dedication lies in crafting living spaces that not only resonate with contemporary lifestyles but also enrich the cultural tapestry of Mumbai.”
